Hi, Janet ! You are welcome, and that is also a beautiful picture you've posted there.

I wish you rself and everyone here a fantastic week ahead, full of possibilities. You know, thoughts really do become things, after all.

As Rev. Don from Witch School International might say; "What you believe, will come true" or something along those lines.

It's truly astounding when, on the path of the seeker,  one first realises just how triuly interconnected we all are. And every tingle on the web of Existence, sends out a certain frquency of vibration.

So I guess it pays to send out the right vibrations and surround oneself with others on the same wavelength. That's why I come here a lot whenever i can.

I am busy researching an article at the moment, and was pleasantly surprised to discover that the very first Temple to the Goddess Artemis/ Diana, in Ephesus, which was recognised as one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World; was originally an outdoors Shrine to the Moon Goddess, whom the Amazons worshipped.

The Amazons chose the specific site to raise this shrine because it was the exact place where a Meteorite had struck a Palm Tree. The Crown of the High Priestess of the Temple had a meteorite, a Goddess sacred stone, as it's centrepiece. The Goddess is seen as being within the Meteorite

Meteorites carry the very energies of the Cosmos , and vibrate with a perceptible , high frequency vibration, almost intense in feeling.

It's not uncommon to experience total or partial numbness in the arms and hands after handing some meteorites. They have the amazing capability to, by themselves, energize other stones. A very handy tip for those who like myself have dedicated themselves to healing rather than harming:), and may like to use crystal wands and such for certain purposes.

They are made of the same material that is found within the planet core, and so they are handy for keeping one's personal energetic vibrations in synch with the energies of the earth, and also the wider Universe. Meteorites were also worshipped as literally embodiments of the essence of the Goddess in ancient Arabia. The Mother Goddess Allat, and the Crone Mother, Manat, were worshipped in the form of a White and Black meteorite.

Thanks Boudicca ` I was meaning to share that for some time now, but just couldn't get around to it. Whew, life can be a roller coaster ride at times :

What I have been doing lately is to concentrate on the differences between Goddess spirituality and Nature -based Pagan Traditions; and Dualism, which is basically the ideology of all of the male-dominated religions.

The main one, is the basic diffrence between fear and love.

Duality is not to be confused with Dualism, as duality perfectly describes the equal complementary polar opposites within all things.

Luckily I can look to Spring now, and the plants seem to be feeling it too despite a bit of cold weather lately. 'Tis the time for new growth, and the pruning away of all the old wood ;)
