I am currently on a path which has been laid out before me. 
I have no fear of this for it is what I am to do. 
I know I shall be protected and kept safe. 
I trust in those who are to assist but 
I know I must do what I need to do alone.

It is amusing and quite understandable that human beings place such emphasis on humanising /anthropomorphisizing Deity and indeed, people and all other beings in the Cosmos are reflections of Divinity.

As Above, So Below

Cosmic energies, as personified  in the form of Deity, can be understood more completely should one study their genuine (non-patriarchal) legends, and interpret these according to the Natural way, through the spectacles of the Yin Yang rather than through those of Dualism.

All Pagan "myths" I prefer herstory) are interpreted on various levels of understanding.

For example, "consuming/feeding off a Deity means partaking of sacred knowledge and Wisdom.

The Gods and Goddesses of Ancient Sumer and Egypt were family, but their "incestuous affairs" "murders" and other familial intrigues cannot be understood from a mundane perspective.

The terms incest and so on is a fundamental misunderstanding of the relations between the members of the Ancient family ~ the Sacred Nine Divinities, who will always be honoured with the utmost respect and love ~ and are all actually descriptive narratives of the interactions between Cosmic energies or the Forces of Nature.

On yet another level, every Divinity is represented by, or is literally, a Star, or Planet.

Some of the Egyptian myths, particularly the famous one concerning the Legend of Azar /Osiris and his "murder" relate to celestial phenomena such as the phenomenon commonly known as the Precession of the Equinoxes and then naturally also the Natural Cycles of Death (Set and Nephthys) and Life (Isis and Osiris); as without the necessary interplay between positive and negative, Yin and Yang, there could be no creation.

Well,  Goddess Lilith teaches me that it is only the illusion of fear which prevents a person from walking on the path to Oneness with the Great Mother.

And no amount of studying, wanting, trying to take a short-cut or "using" the Goddess (as if that were possible) (lol - and Iv'e seen everything on this internet)) will ever gain satisfaction, in fact great disapointment and bitter tears lie in store for those arrogant enough as to denigrate the Divine Feminine in any which way.

That's why I whimsically wish for the fine day when all Pagans would stop obeying the rules of the patriarchal religions, and return to the days of love when we used to have complete and utter tolerance, love and harmony , not only between men and women; also between every unique individual, regardless of Path, Tradition, colour or gender.
