The Triple Goddess

This is a group to honour the Great Goddess in all of Her many aspects, and by myriad Names, as Maiden, Mother and Crone.

To reconnect with the Divine Feminine - the Goddess archetype and Her three faces, is vitally important in order to restore the essential Balance that humankind has been struggling without for the last couple of thousand years.

Goddess Chant - Isis, Astarte, Diana, Hekate, Demeter, Kali, Inanna... The Triple Goddess welcomes you!

"Trying to understand the archetypal image of the Goddess can be the work of a lifetime. When one realizes that She is both a single archetypal Entity and also a trinity of aspects, the understanding becomes more complex. Complex, but clearer in many ways and more comprehensive. For the Goddess is everything to all of Her creations, and especially to both women and men.

She is the beginning and the ending and everything in between"

Always a pleasure! As I research stuff it's like knowing that just around the corner there is something profound waiting and the journey never stops! Im finding that I am finishing all of my mundane work quick as possible to have more time to spend on exploring all of the fascinating aspects of the Goddess ~  female, male, androgyny and beast.

Considering the time that modern human beings have been on this planet, at least as long as 180 000 years and theoretically at least;) far longer than this, it is with a deep awe and sense of wonder that I realise just how many generations of our Ancestors have been born, lived their life and transformed   under moon, sun and stars ` and how all-encompassing  the Goddess really is.

Yet, as the Goddess lives within everything, down to atomic and sub-atomic sized particles, far smaller than we can ever see, the Goddess is also at the same time, smaller than anything we can even conceptualise. That's why all creatures spontaneously honour the Goddess, as SHE is part of all things!

Even as we can't ever fully understand the Divine Feminine, the Great Goddess manifests as an infinite number of forms and shapes. All of these have the same source and so, the same substance within them. What a beautiful and dramatic kaleidoscope of birth, life and death. There is such great beauty in all three of these natural cycles that we just call them, Maiden, Mother and Crone in veneration of the woman within everything.

Naturally we have a very personal and intimate relationship with our Goddess and/or Goddesses with whom we are most familiar. The more time one spends though, admiring all of the various faces of our Great Goddess, the more one inevitably realises just how incredibly interconnected, wonderfully complex and varied our Mother is.

As we ourselves have at least five other selves living within and outside of our physical bodies, it means that everything we do affects the others on an atomic level.

I found myself that trying any unusual or basically harmful austerities or mistreating my physical body, or Khat, to gain spiritually doesn't really help at all.  It is what's inside that counts as everything else is actually superficial, though pleasurable (hopefully - depending on what kind of life we create for ourselves)

An excess of anything is toxic, as all things are potentially poisonous , depending on the dose, of course. To avoid harming oneself or others, which is against the wishes of the Goddess, balance and moderation is the key, or one of them at least. One of the others must be Love, which includes forgiveness and compassion for the part of you in others and most of all, for oneself. The best and most caring teachers are the ones within.

Iv'e been babbling on and on so I'm on my way. We wish you a merry day and peaceful Night. Sleep tight and don't let any illusions bite, now! lol

Taweret

If I ever wished for a Goddess of the emerald green waters of the Nile to be the protector of my kids, it would be a Goddess manifesting with the power of the Hippopotamus!
