WOW, thanks, Zeph!

I do not get headaches, but I get nose stuffings, and then I have a nasal drip, and it drips in my throat, and causes a sensation that makes me cough all the time!

Is not painful, but very annoying.

This might be the answer to my problem, I already did it once!

I will report back how it went with doing it many more times!

Hello Ladies! It will have to remain a secret for now, but let's just say that it will upset a lot of apple carts when it comes out. Otherwise, I hope that your headaches disappear soon. 90% of them are caused by a lack of hydration, and the others are generally related to sinuses or taut muscles. I find that just by doing this simple routine each and every day, I have avoided getting headaches or being ill for quite some time now. But you have to do it every day:)
Also skae both hands vigorously up and down like you are flapping wings side to side and then up and down. This clears blockages in the respiratory system. To clear the nasal passages, rub your palms together until they are warm and then , rotate the palm touching the tip of the nose clockwise 13 times and repeat in the other direction. This clears it all up and then to relieve the pressure, feel where your spinal column touches the skull. Using both hands, press down quite firmly with both sets of fingertips on either side of the spine 13 times. Then, with your two index and middle fingers, gently rub your temples 13 times both clockwise and anticlockwise. Drink more water and correct your glucose levels and it should be fine. I love doing these Tai Chi routines - over time they really pay off on all levels of being.
