for example, naming animal fur-houses,

'Diana, Lady of the Beasts', for example or...

the women who wear the skins of animals for fashion,

'goddesses'

I may be absent from time to time and yet I cannot think of abandoning this group! I will always pop in and share and interact as time allows.

I agree with you about the organisation Zephonith! Shameful that they named themselves after the most benevolent Goddess!!!

Have no worries at all, it is really understandable. I have also been busy and too preoccupied with all kinds of pots and pans and candlemaking moulds to even come around here and stir the cauldron every day like I used to.

At least my prediction for this year was spot-on as far as work is concerned and it has only just begun.

So please everyone, please just feel as free as can be to keep our group thriving. Goddess loves us

I really feel connected to Isis now

The use of the Name Isis by a certain nationalist movement which allegedly uses violence and intimidation as a way of communicating religious concepts and political ideologies to the people and to maintain their control, is a transparent attempt yet again to diabolize the Great Mother.

Does this organization stand for traditional Pagan magick and ritual, including sexually-oriented ritual?

Does this organization stand up for the rights of women, and promote gender equality in their mission statement?

Does this organization know that Isis is the Divine Feminine, and that all Goddesses were at one time venerated as Isis? 

This includes Maat, and the further use of sacred symbolism, the Eye of Wadjit and Heru as their 'symbol' is doubly insane.

In ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs, the eye translates as MAAT.

This means , Truth. Naturally Maat can be experienced as a Goddess of Cosmic beauty in Her own right, and also as Isis in the aspects of Truth and Balance and Justice.

Does this organization encourage the 42 Ideals of Maat, and practice these?

Does this organization obey the one Law of the Goddess;

to love all beings?

Needless to say, Goddess devotees are not fear-mongers nor deal in terror .

Personally I would first die rather than harm anything with harmful intent .
