Hecate is a Thracian and pre-Olympian Goddess.
Hecate is Goddess of the Crossroads, Magic and Balance
known by many names Hecate, Hecate, Koroutrophos, Kleidoukos, Trivi-Enodia, Heqit, Heket, Hekat and many more 

What is Enodia?
In Ancient Greek Religion and mythology, Enodia (also spelled Ennodia and Einodia) (Greek: Ἐννοδία, 'the one in the streets' or 'In the Road')
is a distinctly Thessalian Ancient Greek goddess, identified in certain areas or by certain ancient writers with Artemis, Hecate, or Persephone.

Hecate Has a Chariot of Three Purple and Black Dragons Snakes, Dogs, Ravens are her Symbols 

Light Black Candles when you do this Spell   best time is the 29th of each month 
Open your Circle as you normally would 

for Visualization purposes, you can bind an object of the person using String,
Picture etc., paper with name on it, or a Poppet to represent the person
optional

I call upon Hecate, chief ruler of immortals and mortals alike, most powerful 
The Crone, I Ask you to hear my Plea 
Around I bind you *person's name* three times three 
No more bad things you'll think of me 
Around I bind you *person's name* three times three 
No more bad things you'll say of me 
Around I bind you *person's name* three times three 
No more bad things you'll do to me 
Around I bind you *person's name* three times three 
And if these things continue to be 
Then back upon you *person's name* three times three 
'Til totally vanquished you will be 
By the powers of three times three 
May Hecate stop *person's name* harm in the future
"by my voice carrying the sound 
*person's name* shall now be bound"
By Earth and Fire, Air and Sea 
I fix this spell, then set it free 
'Twill give no harm to mine or me 
As I so will, So Mote It Be!

When finished thanking Hecate and offer Her proper Tributes and offerings  
Allow the Candles to burn out on their own 

A Warning Hecate is a Goddess of Balance
if you are untrue in your intentions, she will see it in your heart
you cannot hide the Truth from Hecate
if you are not Totally Innocent in the situation, she will Punish Both of you.
So, before you invoke her know who she is and honor her Properly and know your part in the situation and own up to it any wrong doings you have done otherwise you will be slapped too.
