Vampirella !!!

 

Vampirella appeared on planet Earth quite unexpectedly; a refugee from the red planet Drakulon. When Drakulon was threatened with imminent destruction, many of the inhabitants dispersed all over the galaxy in search of new planets to live on.

The mass evacuation was done just in the nick of time to at least ensure the continued survival of the Drakulonians, who are accustomed to drinking and even bathing in blood since birth.
For everything that existed on Drakulon, was of blood – every river gushed with crimson, and when taps were opened, only blood flowed forth.

When Vampirella arrived on Earth, as one viewing the planet and it’s inhabitants for the first time, her reaction was one of shock and amazement at just how twisted some earthlings are – how violent and self-destructive behaviour characterizes many humans .

A previously accomplished and powerful Mage by the name of Mordecai Pendragon the Great was reduced, due to circumstances, to making ends meet by labouring as a side-show magician, performing circus tricks for bemused audiences; when he was captured by Asmodeus the King of Demons.

As chance and fortune would have it, Vampirella was able to free Pendragon, and it was the beginning of a long and mutually beneficial relationship for both of these profoundly magickal characters.

To show his gratitude to Vampi, Pendragon committed himself to being her guide on Earth, and offered the gorgeous Vampiress a full-time job as his assistant at the circus.

To wow the star-struck audience, Vampi dresses in as sexy and revealing costumes as possible, mesmerizing her fans as Pendragon the Great demonstrates his powers and abilities under the guise of illusionary stage magician.

Vampirella distinguishes herself by only vampirizing those who deserve it – all of the rapists, animal abusers, murderers, abusers, demons, ghouls and other manifestations of what would be termed as “evil” - the unbalanced entities and spirits on Earth who need to be removed from society for recycling, to prevent them from doing any further harm to the innocent. In this way, she satisfies her thirst for blood!

Under the guidance of Pendragon, Vampi is made aware very early on, that for all of planet Earth’s natural beauty , and the fundamental innate goodness of humans; there are wicked and destructive elements, both in spirit and in human form, who live in hate, and who wish to do harm to others for their own selfish benefit. These are the elements that meet with Vampirella’s wrath, as she battles the forces of unbalanced evil. By doing so, Vampi is a role model for those who maintain the Natural Balance of the Universe.

 

In time, Vampirella discovers who her mother is - no other than Lilith!

As the Goddess of Death and Love, Lilith sent Her Daughter to Earth on a spaceship to learn the ways of Magick under the tutelage of Pendragon, whom She Herself had tutored many years previously in the secret arts of magick and the principles of Energy Transfer.

For Lilith is both Witch Goddess and Vampire Queen in this comic book saga; and Vampirella, as Her genetic offspring, reflects her Mother’s dual Nature – possessing all the supernatural powers of the Vampyre, and the Natural Magickal abilities of a Witch.
Vampirella is totally immune to the traditional banes of Vampires as a result of her illustrious heritage.

Pendragon shows Vampi that just as on her home planet, Drakulon, everything on planet Earth also consists of blood – as blood is no more than concentrated Life Energy.
However, on Earth, the Blood is largely invisible to the normal eye, and flows through everything. Some call it Chi, others Prana, or even Dragon’s breath. 
It is the mysterious substance that makes things grow, and without it, nothing could ever live.

Vampi and friends ~ 

Pendragon demonstrates how Vampi can thrive on Prana, without having to harm anyone - through the Magickal process of magnetic attraction, and feeding from many varied sources such as certain prana – rich foods, music, the atmosphere, good sex and in Nature – from plants, rocks and even fire and lightning and from drinking blessed water.

Chi is within all living things, yet harm nothing around you for Karma's sake and receive the best and purest Chi from simply breathing correctly. To breathe the energy in, visualize it as a living current of light energy entering your body. To revitalize yourself at any given time, just breathe deeply into your belly, to aerate the lower lungs. Inhaling only through the nostrils, as this is the only way to absorb prana ~ and exhaling with the tongue raised up against the roof of the mouth through nose or mouth again and again, will increase your vital energy in no time; and as your vital store of energy increases gradually, with the right Yoga or Tai Chi or Bellydance routine, your powers will increase ~ especially if you take the time out to learn all about Pranic Breathing and how to purify the body, the temple of your inner divinity, he said.

 

Pendragon, realizing that Balance is vitally important to happiness, also teaches Vampirella that in order to receive, we must give. To ensure the uninterrupted flow of energy in one’s life, one cannot have any blockages. Energies must be received, stored or used, and these energies must be released again. In this way, Vampi becomes a magickal healer, transforming the negative energies that saturate the conciousness and actions of this planet into beneficial, healing ones.

As Vampyre Witches also need to have fun, she still helps Pendragon out at The World’s End Circus every now and again!
