[1] Do you believe the reminiscing or yearning for the past by those in the '20+ Year Club' has been a source of encouragement for newcomers or younger participants in the VC?

[2] Do you believe these sentiments serve as an unintentional roadblock for their integration, willingness to contribute, and ability to earn respect or validation? How does this mirror generational divides we see in society?

[3] Do you believe by examining the different paths that brought us together where we find ourselves today we can improve the future of the VC; or are we fatalistically destined to remain in a continuous loop because the animosities and avarice of principal personalities and conflicts remain the same?

[4] Can a balance or truce between the various paths and beliefs of the VC be achieved and if so, how?

[5] There are over 2,750 actively viewing participants within this group in the past 30 days alone. Why are you here, why have you remained, what do you specifically view as the most crucial problems the VC should focus energies on solving, how do you specifically suggest we solve them, and what are you willing to contribute?
