I'm still having issues loading pictures. I followed the instructions on the tutorial for uploading a pic from my computer and when I get to the point after I have selected the picture I want to use the little wheel to the side keeps going and going and never moves to the next step. Any ideas why this would happen and what I can do?

It could be that you don't have a current update flash player, which is required for uploading pictures the default way. If you go to upload photos you'll see it has a second option to use a basic uploader instead of the flash uploader, you may want to try that instead.

You can also update your flash player here: get it here now. - and see if that helps.

Not sure what else may be the issue. Let me know how it goes.

I think I may have discovered the problem. I went to the support group page and saw that IE 9 is not currently supported on the site. Could this be the reason I am having problems with pictures?

Yes Janna, I sent out a message to all site members, but if you have your email settings more private you would have missed it. That's absolutely the problem. A lot of people are switching to Firefox as it tends to have fewer incompatibilities with upgrades, etc. The site will eventually be IE9 compatible but it will take a little time.
