Moon Water
Creating Moon Water: Put clean water into a clear container like a mason jar, but even a plastic bottle with the label removed will work, then seal the container so no contaminant and/or bugs get in it. Charge the water under the moon by leaving it outside, or at least in a place where it will get direct moonlight. Retrieve the water the next day. Doing so before the sun touches it is most optimal. We’re not making Sun Water. Incorporating ritual important to your path is perfectly acceptable.
Uses for Moon Water: ritual cleansing and spell work, particularly involving magic and occult knowledge, dream work, and astral travel.
Sun Water
Creating Sun Water: Follow the directions for Moon Water but instead charge in sun light by placing outside when the sun rises and retrieving before the sun sets, making sure to place the container where it will be under direct sunlight for the entirety of the day.
Uses for Sun Water: Ritual cleansing and spell work, particularly involving self esteem, social anxieties, truth and revealing of lies, and enlightenment
Ocean Water
Creating Ocean Water: Collect ocean water. You can create your own ocean water by using tap water (the calcium deposits in tap water are important in recreating Ocean Water. Then add sand and sea salt. Mix the water in a mason jar or other clear container that has a lid. Shake the water and place it outside in the evening. Leave it where it will catch both direct moon and sun light. Shake the mason jar every morning and every evening and leave it outside for an entire moon phase. For many, they might find recreated Ocean Water to be less powerful/charged than the real thing but for some they might find this an adequate replacement, allowing them to utilize a material they don’t have ready access to.
Uses for Ocean Water: Spell work, particularly involving Healing, Psychic Work, and adapting to changes.
Shadow Water
Creating Shadow Water: Place water in a container that is not clear, such as metal reusable water bottles. Then place the water in a dark area such as the back of a closet, perhaps even buried. Leave the water for about a week (or perhaps a number important to you in your path) but more than one day is important.
Uses for Shadow Water: Spell work including strengthening of lies, encouraging believability, protection via the hiding of location, and general shrouding. These spells are often conducted in the dark.
Gutter Water
Creating Gutter Water: Not created but gathered. Collect dirty water from the street. I suppose you could create Gutter Water by placing water in a container and mixing in dirt, oil, hair, flakes of skin, tire tread, pebbles…various other nasties. You might wish to wear gloves while procuring Gutter Water.
Uses for Gutter Water: Curses. Also for before and after type spells by using the gutter water to represent current state and clean water to represent intended future state.
