Wolves in dreams

I remember two dreams. One of them, a black wolf suddenly got in my face, with a menacing look, but not as to harm, and I felt a sense it was because there was something happening, or about to happen, that I wasn't ready for.

The other one, I remember a gray / grey (what's the difference?) wolf standing a top a rocky(?) hill, standing, and watching (as a guard?).

If that is so, where do I take that information from here?

or it could be what it seems  the gray id defending you against the black one.....like your guardian keeping evil at bay

Interesting concept. Hadn't thought of that. That seems to somewhat resonate with me.

Another dream, I didn't see them, but knew they were there, and weren't friendly.

 I was outside in a wooden enclosure and needed to keep a puppy safe inside this enclosure because there were wolves on the other side. Two other puppies, individually, showed up “requesting” me to bring them in also to save them from the wolves. At first I didn’t want to, but felt I needed to be nice and bring them in.

I think it's your subconscious telling you to protect your children or younger siblings ..or that your doing a good job protecting them  .. I know hahahahh... maybe  bring them closer so that you know they are safe.. keep in touch with whats going on in there life ...

I don't have any children, and only one younger sibling (who happens to be in the Marines). What else could be possible?

well is your Brother in active duty ,do you keep in touch... or if you donate or reply to petitions it could be there way of thanking you and keep up the good work

He just went into the Reserves this summer. Yes, we pretty much keep in touch (at family gatherings). His family also moved back here to Cali after being back east, and in Arizona for several years. 

I used to sign petitions, but haven't for about a year.
