What saddens me most is that it took this long for me to realizeThat what i have been eating my whole life would put such an impact

on my health today...

Yes its obvious You eat junk food, you get fat!

But that's not it you see,

I could eat less... eat no take out and still

In the near future, still develop some horrible disease.....Yeah ok i know!

The groceries store also has plenty of junk food and if i buy it and chow down on it

That there also defeats the whole purpose , why stop eating at mcdees then right?

ok so like what if i am eating all of this food and i happen to be thin? That make it ok?

NO...

But you see there is more to this then the issue of gaining or loosing weight....

there's cancer

heart disease

hypertension

diabetes...

and many many more I'm sure we haven't even heard of ...

That may not be FAT diseases...but diseases cause from the ingredients that

they are putting in our foods.... Or by the way they produce these foods.....

We are not eating REAL foods anymore ...I just cant put into words

what I and the many thousands of us have been blind to all these years

maybe we knew but....shrugged it off.? maybe we knew but in a way have

been in denial.....

We eat... We Get Sick

We take Medications......We Get More Sicker....

So We Take other Medications To get rid of

the illness

But those are causing another one.....We need to STOP!

get back to NATURE......

all our medications seem to be doing is

taking care of our illnesses symptoms.They wont sure us..they wont make us better they are maintaining us until

the disease finally has taken us down...

We need alternatives....we need to find what can reverse the bad effects caused on our bodies in the first place....

and the first place to look is Nature

and the way we eat

A friend of Mine started a group on another site...which she had

added video to...this video i think has changed my life....

take the time to watch it......Please

this has inspired me to change..to finally take responsibility of my own health and take charge of my life..

and I created this group, for the purpose of a support system, so many can join together and help one and other and learn...to change....I hope you all will enjoy the group and join in and add anything ,anytime.....lets create a wonderful place for information exchange support and inspiration....( :
