My birthday is June 14th 1969 - 6pm Victoria BC Canada

I identify as very quick minded, brain goes in many directions at once, and being a very good communicator. I'm verbose.. hard to say things in a short form, and articulate.

I think the gemini struggle I often have is trying to make up my mind often with just simple things.. like picking a flavour of ice cream. I always have too many choices, and too many things I want to do or try and not enough time/ability to do them all. I'm prone to nervous sensitivity.

I think I'm a very typical Gemini in many ways, but of course we're all unique. There are things that don't fit so well also. 

I like being a Gemini. :)

I also identify with being quick thinking but slow to decide on things.  I am a good communicator although can be a little TOO straight sometimes.  I have to also explain things very much.  

I can be up one day and down the next but have learned with age to find the balance (most of the time) and also appreciate my duality whereas shunned it when I was younger.

My heart rules my head and I am very adaptable and not fixed...I can move if need be and have no attachment to 'home'.  Home is where me and mine are.  I think I am a typical Gemini for the most part and my youngest son is also a Gemini and most people always say we are "2 peas in a pod"....lollol

I can be a little self-questioning and doubt myself which I am currently trying to work on now.....see?  Can't shut me up once I get going lollol

I'm always impressed with people that can say things concisely in one or two lines, and not ramble on. Sometimes I feel like I'm just a vehicle for the words... I'm just the messenger, but those words, they won't stop coming! Not sure if that makes sense, does a gemini channel different facets of self, I think this one does..

Oh Leila...I agree totally!  I too envy people who can just stop you with a sentence or two but then...its like when I write, it just comes, and sometimes forgets to stop!

I think Geminis channel more than just self sometimes honey, I feel we channel much more.  I know that I feel like that sometimes...almost like our duality allows for this to happen and our quick communication, if that makes sense?

Makes perfect sense, I think we're very much 'tuned in' to things... mercury is the messenger of the gods after all...

I wouldn't be surprised to find a large number of channelers are geminis.

I didn't think of it as chanelling myself. Though I was chatting with 'imaginary friends' I knew were real, but also knew were not the stereotype of their own archetypes, - Venus, and Merlin -earliest I remember about 6-7, and perhaps earlier.

Then when I was around 12, I started putting friends into trance states to communicate with entities from alternate dimensions... teaching them to channel and communicate with them. It just came naturally to do. However I always had the strong sense that I was not to go into a trance state and 'journey' the same way I taught my friends to do. I was never to 'project' self, passive reception was fine, as happened with Venus and Merlin visiting me as a child, but I did not send energy outward seeking.

However I could use friends to work in tangent with to do so with me, so I did.

I am still open to all kinds of incoming information, however, 'channeling' as such is not meant for me to do. The main message for me to share with others is to learn to listen to self, not to listen to me or someone speaking through me... *smile*. So focusing on my abilities as a channel would be counter-productive. People already put too much focus on these things perhaps, easy to do as the energy connection is naturally intoxicating.

Its is more in my writing....I don't think of it as channeling although maybe some may call it that.  

I have often had conversations with friends and realised things were being said that I did not say....and cannot always remember what was said lollol But what was said made perfect sense to them so its all good.  Not something I have ever deliberately done.

I agree about others putting to much stock in others instead of seeking their own answers within.

I do like being a Gemini ;)

My birthday is June 18th Bethesda Maryland US 9:30am 1983

 

I feel as though my medication for my bipolar disorder has stolen many of my Gemini attributes, such as my talkative social nature. I am very changeable and versatile and am always waiting for the next thing to happen.

 

My struggle is I am eternally bored and often wonder if I am actually bipolar or just a Gemini LOL. My brain moves faster than the rest of me. And while I am so extroverted and giving, I am extremely sensitive. I have to agree with you Leila about always wanting to do more than time or ability will allow and I always feel like I am supposed to change the world and accomplish something big in life.

my mind races from thing to thing...useally thinking about 5 things at a time. people tend to hear that im gemini and judge me superficial or fake.

im a really down to earth gemini, i say what i mean but i can be minipulative since its something im good at i try to use it for better than evil moments.

i try to not gossip but people tell me everything due to i guess being comfratable with me in telling me everything about themselves.....

im brutly honest and tend to make only a hand full of friends due to it.  people dont like honesty.

i hate lies...especially if the person thinks their necessary...just makes me think that person is ugly for doing so.

i have an high iq...but a bad memory...go figure.

i useally stick to my first choice but can be picky....ill stand around looking at the same shirt in the mall circle back to the same store 4 times before buying it....and still think it doesnt look good on me so i put it in the back of the closet.

its very easy for me to get angry, passionate and joyous at the same time.

but it takes a long period of time of someone irratating me before i blow up and do something.

therefore friends tend to try to make me happy when something is bothering me...and that just fuels the anger...

so my best friend who knows this....never tries to fight with me over something stupid.

i accept anyone...but dont tolerate anything bane, rude or careless.

examples....coke heads, nazis, morons, and pathetic attempts to lie to me...

doesnt take me long to realize someone is lieing but i wont say anything to the person if their close to me till they realize...oh shes not stupid....she knew all along....then those people tend to feel guilty as hell.

still getting to know myself...but geminis tend to be judged harshly as bi-polor.

everyone has their ups and downs....ours are just a bit extreme...lol

wow, lots I can relate to! I think gemini's are deep people with a superficial side... part of our dualistic nature, however it's obviously easiest for people to see the superficial and not the deep, by the very nature of their aspects.

I'm definitely manipulative as well... I'll admit it, lol, but I like to use my line "I only use my powers for good!" lol

Same also with the high IQ and poor memory. I also tend to forget things that are traumatic or stressful.

Yeah.. choices, clothes is definitely even more challenging to pick than ice cream... I carry around my options in the second hand store to see if I 'bond' with them over time or not.. lol.

Thanks for sharing... makes me want to learn more astrology to discover why we have which similarities we do, and why we have the differences we do as well.

Well, if we all read like a standard gemini summary life would be rather dull... lol. I'm envious of your 'enigmatic' gemini nature. I'd imagine you probably have some interesting elements in your chart.

I think when you talk about people being confused by your dual nature, that's a common gemini issue. Is we're often very paradoxical in nature, and people seeing one side of us will often simply assume we can't also be someone who is very contrary and different to that as well. It's even like my indecisiveness is only some things some times, and I can also be very decisive, even the flip sides, have additional flip sides. 

I definitely can relate to perfectionistic. I've gotten easier on myself over the years, much out of necessity. I was very type A and causing myself a lot of stress over trying to do everything, and trying to do everything perfectly right, and to my high standards... I try to adopt a more Japanese esthetic now, that imperfect is more perfect than perfect.. *smile*

Yes Geminis are interesting people to say the least. :) the way you described yourself was pretty accurate as you have a zest about the choice of discriptors you've used.~amd out of all the female (and male )Geminis i've met throughout my 42 years of life i say you are pretty accurate :)

Nice meeting you. I'll be stopping in more often as i have two Gemini's ( my sister& her daughter) have reunited after years of separtion...and now with our new moon in Libra (relationships) i pray for no more bad aspects during this transition and their relationship!

While I'm not a Gemini i have a family full of Geminis, Taurus, Sagittarians so i like to keep tabs on their horoscopes to help me understand their impressions, motives and also to find in what areas of their lives i can reach out or step aside to best help their circumstances as transitions come and go. I also look and mine and my family's/friends' AC, moon and the even the slower transitions influenced& in what houses.~ so you might find me all over this group but as for myself I am Aries Sun(in the 10th hs), CancerAC, Pisces Moon, Pisces Mercury, and so on mostly in my 9th,10th & 11th houses...but nothing in the 12th..(so does this mean i'm like an open book??)..something's gotta be said for me staying up until 4:34am (lol)
