Part Two

I’ve always had an interest in Wicca. It’s nature bound beliefs seem to be more in sink with the natural flow of Gaia then any other religion that I know of. And no other religion or belief system created by man includes everything that makes up this planet we call Earth accept Wicca. However, I don’t consider myself a follower of Wicca or a practitioner of witchcraft. Perhaps it is a holdover from a previous lifetime where I was probably burned at the stake. Who knows?

When I started my most current search for a new home I realized that there was one word I had forgotten in my previous searches, that being, witches. It came to me almost as a lightening bolt out of the blue. I found a couple of sites that had the word witch in their title but they just didn’t feel right. And one didn’t look like it had had any activity in literally years. But there was also one that caught my attention named moonwitch.ning.com.

As far as I could tell it had some activity, a plus, but the groups were much more attuned to the witchcraft lifestyle that really didn’t interest me that much. But then something strange happened. In my head it was almost like an invisible voice that encouraged me to continue looking around this site. And finally I came upon a notice of five sister sites that are loosely connected. Almost instantaneously I was drawn down to the fifth one, Temple Illuminatus, this one that your reading from. I couldn’t explain it then but it felt warm hopeful and like a childhood home that I hadn’t visited in years.

I quickly applied and was accepted in less than a day. I couldn’t fill out my personal biography fast enough. And  then began my search of the groups like I was buying new furniture after just moving in and then setting up my homepage as well. The strangest part was that I felt like I was being driven to discover a catnip like spell compelling me to dig deeper into this site as fast as I could. And on the third day of my new journey I found what I believe was the driving force that brought me here!
