- Why I wish to join The Temple & how I found out about it...
- Interested in wicca, the occult and mysticism...seems like a cool site to meet like minded people, make friends and/or LEARN...can never stop :)
- About Myself & My Interests...
- Where do I start?! I am interested in higher consciousness (connecting with the ALL), ancient Mayan and Egyptian civilization, in particular the emerald tablets of Thoth, astrology, shamanism, meditation...likewise, I am interested in uncovering the unknown mysteries of the universe,the occult, magic, reading on a HUGE rangerange of topics....above all I LOVE LOVE LOVE MUSIC...it's my heart and soul :)
- My Teachers & Influences, What was it about them that influenced me?
- Most of my best teachers have all been musicians of my favorite bands...they put their heart and souls out for thousands of people to achieve that organic "group mind" at a concert, where for a couple hours, everyone is one, United in song, as one transcended unit. Music and how it can transcend one on many levels is the first lesson I experienced in the concept of universal oneness, a truth I hold near and dear...I extrapolated further on this thru my own experimentation with using certain tools to attain higher consciousness :)
- Authors and/or Books I appreciate:
- Oh there are so many, I'll be here all night if I open that trinket box! Huge Carlos Castaneda fan, anything by the brilliant Dr. Tim Leary, "can't find my way home" (about illicit drugs and their impact on American culture, spirituality and consciousness), the Celestine prophecy, the serpent and the rainbow, 50 shades of grey, anything adventurous.... in a nutshell, I appreciate anything that stirs my soul, excites my mind, intrigues me, fascinates me, disturbs me, enlightens me, educates me...scares me...anything that makes me FEEL!
- Musicians and/or Music I appreciate:
- I already touched on this, specifically I am a big fan of the 60s counter culture and any music that came out of that time...love the grateful dead...on my peaceful days...love nine inch nails, Panetera, Love old school hard core, the Doors, Pink Floyd, Zeppelin, Skynyrd, New age, alternative.... it goes on and on to infinity...
- Films and/or Film-Makers & Actors I appreciate:
- Stanley Kubrick (esp eyes wide shut), David lynch for his dark and enigmatic mind, I LOVE Oliver stone, the Doors movie was AMAZING....it had it all...mind blowing psychedelic trips, sex drugs, ROCK n roll, witchcraft, shamanism, tripped out live concerts...I dig it!
