Do you use your guides when you astral travel? I usually go subatomic level.. so to say. I have to be in the right frame of mind, have no pain, and be focused to achieve good results. I can turn the astral body into smaller and smaller fragments eventually molecules. Where the body can break up and fill the entire room and can then see every part of the room. It is hard to stay in this state for long because it really drains my ebergies.

Do you do a lot of work with astral projection?
