In the ancient of days, people believed that the sudden and dramatic appearance of a meteorite or comet was a portend of change ~ a constant universal dynamic.

These were seen to be Cosmic Dragons ; and thus sightings were linked to prophecy .

Is it a "co-incidence" that the meteor which hit, missed Russia's nuclear centre by a few kilometers?

Or that the second and larger of the two, passed over the same area on the same day?

Scientists estimate that should the larger of the two-a relatively tiny meteorite of around 45km in width, would have caused a total extinction event if it had impacted.

The meteorite that struck what is now called Czecheslovakia about 14,5 million years ago was thought to have impacted at a force equivalent to 6 trillion megatons.

The human race had better begin to make concerted efforts towards working with instead of against Mother Nature if such a tragedy and sudden and total extinction is to be avoided. Everything is interconnected, and while humans continue to destroy the fabric of Mother Earth in the name of profit and greed, the imbalance continues to grow. If it continues like it is , disaster will be the end result.
