This is what I talk of when I talk about duality...different aspects of myself that react to certain situations.  We all have that inside.  I have times when I need to withdraw a little, to be solemn and to look inside myself, this is my darker side.  Most of the time, we are all balancing between the two.  Often when someone suffers maybe from depression say, it may be that they cannot manage this balance and may need medical help with this.  Most of us manage well enough and it is being able to share this with those that understand, that helps us remain in the balance :)  Such as we are doing here dearest :)

The thing with being an empath and a Gemini means things can overwhelm sometimes and make my more darker side come to the fore.  This is the side of me that has coped with much in my life and helped get me through some trying times. Yes it can be fierce and scary but is also fiercely protective of those I care about and unafraid.  Warrior woman...yes, guess that's where I am at right now...fighting to hold the balance :)  Much love always little sister :)
