4 Thieves Oil

40 drops Clove essential oil

35 drops Lemon essential oil

20 drops Cinnamon Bark essential oil

15 drops Eucalyptus essential oil

10 drops Rosemary essential oil

Put these 5 oils into a dark glass dropper bottle, shake well each time.

Fix yourself some green tea, or lemon ginger, or chamomile tea

Add just one drop of the 4 Thieves oils mixture (remember to shake well) 

Mix well into tea, sip.

Use up to 4 times a day.

Store in cool, dark location.

Used for illness, colds, flu, viruses ... use as soon as possible when feeling 'off'.

Another use for it is in spray bottle. Take 1 (one) part 4 Thieves Oil to 4 (four) parts distilled water ... must be distilled water. Shake well. Used to prevent illness, especially if an ill someone has been around you. Spray the air, on surfaces, on self if coughed on.

It has many uses ... I've just given you a couple of them.

I added Manuka to mine - it's great for stomach problems and is reported to kill h. pylori. I had terrible stomach trouble a few years ago and eating a tsp of manuka honey every morning really helped!
