Watermelon lemonade

Ingredients

Vegan, Gluten free

∙ Serves 6-8

Produce

• 1 Lemon & watermelon, slice
• 7 cups Watermelon, seedless

Condiments

• 1 cup Lemon juice, fresh

Baking & Spices

• 2/3 cup Granulated sugar

Frozen

• 1 Ice cubes

Liquids

• 2 cups Sparkling lemon flavored water
• 2 cups Sparkling watermelon flavored water

  INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place watermelon cubes into blender and blend until the watermelon is completely pureed. Pour over a fine mesh strainer into a large bowl.
  2. Pour strained watermelon into a large pitcher. Add fresh squeezed lemon juice and sugar. Add lemon and watermelon flavored sparkling water. Stir well.
  3. Serve over ice and garnish with a lemon and/or watermelon slice.
