• 3 Angel Aura Quartz points

1. Find a quiet place to lay flat on the ground in your home. This treatment is perfect for getting ready to go to sleep. Take care of everything else you have to do before going to bed, so that after you complete this treatment, you can transition directly to the bedroom.
