When dancing, we have to be completely free. This means just being oneself and dancing the dances of life,

while not caring at all what other people may think of it.

Living up to others' approvals and being restricted by their opinions and their judgments, only slows down and can even ossify the flow. And who needs that in their life?

I feel that when I dance and there's no conflict - when you reach the stage where nothing matters - that is when there is harmony within and without. When there's nothingness, nothing at all and yet one is never alone.
