Upcycled Bike Chain Creations from Seo Young Deok
Korean artist Seo Young Deok has devoted himself to working with recycled materials. In recent years he has focused his attention on capturing human forms and emotions from discarded bicycle chains using the different stages of rust and decay. Laid end to end, it is said that some of his sculptures contain over a mile of bike chain,& other chain links.
Seo has an incredible attention to detail and this can be seen as he captures a wide range of human emotions with precisely welded chain links.
