    ...only to find a parking ticket on my car because I didn't pay for parking with that "Parking Kitty" app. Anything else and the Portland PD wouldn't do a thing, especially if any personal danger might be involved for them. Hypocrites! So I included a commentary with my fine payment and utilized my 2nd amendment right, expressing myself reasonably, ending with "God bless you, but I don't think I will."
