HIBISCUS MINT TEA LATTE

Ingredients

• 8 ounces filtered water
• 1/4 cup of warmed coconut milk
• 1 teaspoon of hibiscus
• 1 teaspoon of mint
• 1 teaspoon of ginger
• 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
• sweetener to taste

Instructions

1. Heat water to boiling, and steep the hibiscus, mint, and ginger for 10 minutes.
2. Once the tea is finished steeping, strain it into your favorite mug.
3. Top off the tea with warmed coconut milk.
4. Using a spoon or milk frother mix in vanilla bean powder, and ashwagandha.
5. Mix in sweetener to taste, I enjoy using stevia or maple syrup.
