INGREDIENTS

• Coffee Jelly Ingredients
• 1/4 cup hot water
• 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder
• 2 cups brewed black coffee or instant coffee
• 4 tablespoon sugar
• Iced Coffee Ingredients
• 2 tablespoon whipped cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 cup coffee
• ¼ cup ice cubes
• ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
• 2 tablespoon sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1 

Dissolve gelatin powder in hot water. Pour the coffee and gelatin mixture into a small tray or square dish and mix well.

Step 2

Put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours until the coffee jelly is set.

Step 3

Brew the coffee and allow it to cool.

Step 4

For making ice coffee pour cooled coffee, heavy whipping cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and ice cubes into the blender and mix well.

Step 5

To serve coffee jelly, first, pour the jelly on the bottom of the glass cup and cover the jelly with a tablespoon of whipped cream, then slowly add enough iced coffee and top with whipped cream.
